Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had an excellent view, but the price was steep for upgrading into 3 rooms instead of 1 at almost its lowest setting. The service was severely impacted by the strikers' absence, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, and I felt overwhelmed with the work volume. The hotel's location in the Back Bay area of Boston was a vibrant hub connected to the Prudential Centre, but the experience was marred by awful communication due to no calls or texts going through. The dining experience was subpar, even though the staff from valet to reception were friendly. Despite the challenges, the hotel offered amenities like room service and car hire, reflecting a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel's location is fabulous, right in the heart of everything and connected. The rooms are comfortable with good space and have convenient living room furniture. The service could be better as there were instances of rudeness and lack of customer care. The dining experience is on the expensive side, but the continental dishes are nice. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transit and shopping centers.
The hotel room was a bit of a mixed bag for us. On one hand, it managed to accommodate our family comfortably with a separate bedroom from the living space, but the view outside was disappointing, as it looked out onto a wall.
The hotel is ideally located, just moments away from major attractions like the Prudential Center and Newbury Street, offering convenience and a vibrant atmosphere. While the rooms could benefit from some cosmetic improvements, the friendly staff and top-notch service make up for it. The dining experience, although decent, may not match expectations in terms of variety and cost-effectiveness.
The hotel is centrally located near Boylston Street, with easy access to shops and dining options. The room was average size but comfortable. The service was efficient and friendly, although valet parking was pricey. The location was convenient for my conference attendance, but the evacuation process was confusing. The dining experience had a few hiccups with slow service during Sunday brunch. Overall, a stay with mixed experiences.
The hotel's location is unbeatable with easy access to the Prudential Center, and it's just steps away from Newbury Street, providing a pleasant stay. The rooms could benefit from some redecorating and larger beds, despite featuring two doubles, and the elevator needed some cosmetic upkeep. The service is consistently friendly, from the housekeepers to the receptionist to the bar tenders and even the store staff inside the hotel, although some delays were noted with samples at the bar. The convenient location near Boylston Street and the easy access to the T make it a prime choice for exploring Boston. The dining options offer a nice selection of continental dishes, with some vegan options available. The facilities are adequate, though some maintenance is required, which is reflected in the value for money.
I stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were spotless but tended to get hot at night despite offering beautiful views of the city and the bay. The service was exceptional, with staff being very courteous and professional. The location was convenient, with close access to shops and restaurants, but the parking fees were quite expensive. The dining options were overpriced for the quality, and the facilities were just average.
The hotel had comfortable and well-kept rooms right next to it but was super expensive for what it offered. The service was lovely, with staff like Amy and Karina being approachable and helpful. The location was convenient to the Prudential Mall but lacked enough washcloths. The dining was overpriced with poor service during Sunday brunch. The price did not align with the amenities provided.
The hotel's rooms were reasonably sized, clean, and tidy; however, they seemed a bit tired and lacked a soft chair. The initial room was dusty with a musky smell, prompting a move to another room far from the Club Lounge, leading to a disappointing start to the vacation. The Club Lounge hors d'oeuvres were repetitive, but breakfast was satisfactory despite crowded seating. The internet connectivity was weak and pre-requested amenities were not provided.
